Mr. Virendra Singh's academic & professional qualifications are MA (Public Administration), LLB, and 4 years PG Diploma in material management from IIMM, Mumbai. Mr. Singh has a wide experience of 44 years which includes 5 years with Indian Railways, 3 years with IFFCO (Phulpur Unit), and 36 years in KRIBHCO (Hazira Unit), prior to joining APFL, in the year 2012 for setting up HDPE Bags manufacturing unit in Shahjahanpur, UP. These bags are required for the packaging of various fertilizers (urea, DAP, MOP), Sugar and food grain, etc.
